As a retail manager for the last 10 years, I've come to learn a lot about understanding consumers' wants and needs, creating a welcoming environment as well as working together as a team to accomplish those goals.
These experiences have instilled in me a strong sense of empathy for the consumer, and the importance of considering their needs and desires when creating or providing a product or service.
Since discovering and becoming passionate about UX Design, I started to develop my skills through Google Career Certificates in user research, prototyping, and designing interfaces. Through various projects, I have had the opportunity to apply what I've learned through retail management to create solutions that not only meet the needs of the user but also drive business success.
